This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the village. With its traditional wooden chalet style and flower boxes, it exudes charm and character. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large balconies offering stunning views of the mountains. The bathrooms are luxurious, complete with jets in the tub. The hotel's attention to detail is evident in the plentiful and delicious breakfast spread, which sets you up for the day. Plus, the inclusion of all public transportation in the room price is a fantastic value-add.
All aspects of our stay were excellent - nothing to improve!

The hospitality of the owner.
It was a pity that the studio that we had reserved was given away to somebody else. The owner gave us an appartment which was ok. At departure she gave us a discount on the price

The kindness and helpfulness of the owner. The big very comfortable room with jacuzzi, terrace and free wifi. The lovely bar restaurant
It has no lift and no garden. You have to wait too much to be served in the restaurant

Very very friendly generous owner with good English. Beautiful bar with local wines and excellent beer. Room was perfect, spotlessly clean and included a sauna, large balcony with amazing views, great shower and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very tasty with local produce, high chair provided for our one year old child. Can't wait to return to this fantastic place.

Convenient Location, Spacious Rooms, and Warm Service
My recent weekend in this family-run hotel was a nice experience, with a convenient location. The hotel's heated ski room near the cable car was a great perk as we did not have to carry our equipment every day. The spacious and well-maintained rooms with a beautiful mountain view provided good value for the price. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
Although we enjoyed the stay, some aspects could be improved. The breakfast menu was limited, with packaged croissants and UHT milk.

Recently spent Easter in a charming Alpine village. the lodging was perfect in every way. the large rooms were very comfortable and clean, adorned with Alpine decor. the staff was attentive, always willing to help with any concerns and provided excellent service. the location was key, as everything was within walking distance and easy to find. the breakfast and dinner were both delicious with plenty of options to choose from.
The outdated decor in certain common areas. this in no way detracted from the overall experience.

I was truly impressed by the level of customer service provided by the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to assist a member of our group who had an accident on the slopes. The manager personally drove an electric vehicle to pick up people at 1 am in the morning. The hotel location was also excellent, being centrally located in the middle of various Saas villages and close to all cable cars and bus stations. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a variety of options available. The hotel also provided a free pass for all buses and cable cars in this city.
Nothing at all.
